Crafting Cart

My mailroom cart has once again transformed.

If you remember from this previous post: Is that mailroom cart a diaper changing table? Yes! It was also my college entertainment stand too!!!! | They Will Love Your Effort

I had bought a mailroom cart when I was college and used it as my mobile entertainment center.  Then when we had our first child we transformed it into a changing table.  We loved it!  It had so much storage and everything was accessible.

Our mailroom cart served as a diaper changing table for 7 years.  Now…with my son now potty trained it was time to transform our mailroom cart once again.

Since I have been painting a lot, I decided that the next life that the mailroom cart would take on would be that of a mobile peg painting station.

Now, when my kids go to sleep, I quietly push my cart up to our kitchen table and begin working.  When I’m done, little has been spread out so I simply put the few supplies back on my cart and wheel it back:-)

It’s not incredibly fancy.  I still have to finish unpacking everything.  But…I absolutely love it!

Hi! My name is Dominique and I'm lucky enough to be the wife to my True Love and mother to a little girl and a little boy. I grew up in the Midwest but have loved living in NC, our new home. I'm actually an Industrial Engineer by schooling, but am now a domestic engineer(Stay-at-home-Mom) and feel very blessed to have this job. I have always loved the challenge in making the most of things...whether it's figuring out that a filing cabinet , a $10 piece of countertop and a few scraps of wood can be turned into a desk, that a curtain sheer, some ribbon, and a square piece of fabric can be transformed into an Elsa-like dress, or how to provide an interesting lunch for my little girl who is in a peanut free classroom. I love to figure things out and to create. I hope you enjoy reading my posts. I hope that my posts will inspire you to create. I hope that with my posts you will see that They Will Love Your Effort, whether things turn our perfect or not;-)
